A review and walk-through of the Olympus 35 SP vintage film camera. The Olympus 35 SP film camera is a compact rangefinder from the early 1970’s with a basic auto exposure system, manual control dials, and rangefinder focusing.
The vintage lens that came on these were the G. Zuiko 42mm F/1.7. It is an amber/blue multi-coated 7 elements in 5 groups using a Double Gauss design. The lens produces near zero distortion, but produces some axial and longitudinal color fringing as the only issue.
